1 Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you") and nb55 ("nb55", "we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the nb55 website located at nb55.vip and all associated services, products, and features (collectively, "the Platform").
By accessing the nb55 Platform, creating a user account, making a deposit, or placing a wager, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the nb55 Platform.
These Terms should be read alongside the nb55 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.
2 Eligibility

3 Account Registration
To access real-money features of the nb55 Platform, you must complete the registration process and create an account. The following rules apply to all nb55 accounts:
- One account per person: Each individual is permitted to hold only one nb55 account. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited. nb55 may close all duplicate accounts and forfeit any associated balances.
- Accurate information: You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration. You must promptly update your account information if it changes. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account closure.
- Account security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your nb55 login credentials. You must not share your password or permit any other person to access your account. You are liable for all activity conducted through your account.
- Know Your Customer (KYC): nb55 may require identity verification at any time, including before processing withdrawals. Acceptable documents include a valid Pakistani CNIC, passport, or other government-issued identification. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in withdrawal restrictions.
- Account closure: You may request closure of your nb55 account at any time by contacting nb55 support. Outstanding balances will be returned to your registered withdrawal method following completion of any applicable verification checks.
4 Deposits & Withdrawals
nb55 supports deposits and withdrawals in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Bank Alfalah. The following rules apply to all financial transactions on nb55:
- Deposit minimums: Minimum deposit amounts are displayed on the nb55 deposit page and may vary by payment method. nb55 reserves the right to amend minimum deposit thresholds at any time.
- Own funds only: You may only deposit funds that legitimately belong to you. Deposits from third-party accounts or sources are prohibited. nb55 is not a financial institution and does not pay interest on account balances.
- Withdrawal verification: Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods that have been verified and that match the identity on your nb55 account. nb55 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal request.
- Processing times: nb55 targets withdrawal processing within 24 hours of a verified request, subject to payment provider timelines. nb55 does not guarantee specific processing times and is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment providers.
- Fraud prevention: If nb55 reasonably suspects that a deposit or withdrawal is connected to fraudulent, illegal, or money-laundering activity, nb55 reserves the right to withhold the relevant funds pending investigation and to report the matter to relevant authorities.
5 Betting Rules
The following general rules apply to all wagers placed on the nb55 Platform. Game-specific rules for individual sports markets, casino games, and slot titles are published separately within the relevant product sections of the Platform.
- All bets are placed at your own risk. nb55 does not guarantee any outcome.
- Once a bet is confirmed by the nb55 system, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the User except where an explicit cash-out option is available and exercised before settlement.
- nb55 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event or market that is subsequently found to have been subject to match-fixing, manipulation, or any other integrity violation.
- Odds and lines are subject to change at any time prior to bet confirmation. The odds displayed at the time your bet is confirmed are the odds at which your bet will be settled.
- nb55 reserves the right to impose individual betting limits on any user account at its sole discretion and without prior notice.
- Bets placed in error due to obvious system errors ("palpable errors") may be voided by nb55. A palpable error includes but is not limited to manifestly incorrect odds caused by a technical or data feed fault.
6 Bonuses & Promotions
nb55 may offer bonuses, free spins, deposit matches, and other promotional incentives to registered users from time to time. The following general terms apply to all nb55 promotions:
- Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit conditions, time limits, and eligible game restrictions. These specific terms are published on the relevant promotion page and take precedence over these general terms.
- Bonuses are awarded to one eligible account per household, device, or IP address. Attempts to claim multiple bonuses through duplicate accounts will result in account closure.
- nb55 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.

7 Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the nb55 Platform. Breach of this clause may result in immediate account suspension, account closure, and forfeiture of balances:

- Exploiting software bugs, technical errors, or system vulnerabilities. Any winnings derived from a technical error are void and must be returned.
- Colluding with other users or third parties to gain an unfair advantage on any game or market.
- Using the nb55 Platform for any form of money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
- Engaging in arbitrage betting ("arbing") or any systematic strategy designed to guarantee profit through exploitation of odds discrepancies.
- Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
- Permitting any third party to access or use your nb55 account.
8 Intellectual Property
All content on the nb55 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, and software, is the property of nb55 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the nb55 Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any nb55 content without prior written authorisation from nb55.
9 Privacy & Data
nb55 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By creating an nb55 account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
nb55 may share your personal data with third-party payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulatory authorities where required by law or necessary to operate the Platform. nb55 does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
10 Responsible Gaming

nb55's total liability to you for any direct loss shall not exceed the amount deposited by you in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

13 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which nb55 is licensed and operated. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.
